Sale or Preview Notice List

When You Purchase Items:

Personal information, such as your name, credit card number(s) and address/telephone number is never stored online, it goes into temporary storage that is handled off-line and is promtly deleted after the minimum period required by credit card processors.

Gem-n-i & Co. Designs is required to share your personal information only with the credit card processor so that we may validate your credit and protect against fraud. This information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We encourage you to speak with your credit card issuer to find out what additional policies they have in place to protect your personal information.

In cases where Gem-n-i & Co. Designs has been the victim of credit card fraud, personal information will be shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities and legal action will be taken.

When paying by cash, no personal information is required except a name and shipping address and that information is only retained for shipping and accounting purposes and is not shared with any third party.
